That is such great news! I've been an organ donor for awhile now...since i was 14 years old. But that was only on my drivers licence, i saw a news article stating that being an organ donor on your drivers licence doesnt mean anything! You must get it done officially which meant i had to apply online with Medicare, so i did that and i've been an official organ donor for many years now =)Be the answer to someones prayer, you don't need your organs when your gone anyways!
so get intouch with your government website and have a looksie for how to be an organ donor, and get into it!
If you do decide to take the leap to become a donor, make sure you let your family know... the last thing you want is when the times comes, your loved ones find out for the first time that this was your wish all along. It'll make it much easier for your family to decide on what to do!
