5 Tips to Bash Crohns Disease across the head with a cinder block.

A few things that helped me with my Crohns:

1. Meditation - I know it sounds cheesey but it truly helps to take some time out of your day to just sit in a comfy chair, close your eyes and clear your mind of all troubles and just bring it back to the basics of life, That is the gift of "Breath" =).

2. Nutrition - Nutrition is very important, with crohns our bodies arent able to absorb certain vitamins from the foods that we eat so supplementation is crucial! Find a good vitamin brand i suggest a brand called Nutriway or Nutrilite! Its expensive but my health is priceless... You get what you pay for!

3. Laugh - Don't forget to laugh =) having a happy attitude is everything, this state of mind can help bring you out of the ditch and help you fight this debilitating disease!

4. Hope - Know that there are other people in the world going through this with you! and we do care, there are also thousands of people raising and donating money to crohns research to help find a cure.

5. Support - There are many support groups on the internet, places where you can go and converse with others in the same situation as you. You can empower yourself by learning more about crohns and find out ways to bring it into remission and keep it there!
